Can I place an order over the phone?

How long does it take for my order to ship?

  • Our production time is only 2-5 business days. After that we will send you a tracking number from Fed-Ex or UPS so you can track your order.

Do you provide free estimates?

  • Yes, you can get a free estimate online. Read on how to get a quick quote by clicking here. You can also call us and we will give you an estimate over the phone, all we will need are your measurements!

What happens if I order the wrong size?

  • Don't worry about ordering the wrong size. If your blinds are too big and don't fit, we will cut them down for free. All you will need to do is cover the shipping costs both ways. Simple as that!

Can you measure or install our blinds?

  • Unfortunately, we can not come to your home to measure or install. Measuring is VERY EASY and you can do it yourself by following the steps in our how-to guide, which you can find by clicking here. How do your blinds compare to name brands?

  • Our window blinds are made by us and not by a third party like other online companies. What this means is that we select only top quality materials which in most cases are a lot better than top name brands. To top it off, we offer a limited lifetime warranty on all of our blinds and shades. Rest assured that our blinds are top quality!

How much is shipping?

  • Shipping is FREE on ALL orders within the continental USA. No matter if you order 1 blind or 100 extra wide blinds, shipping will be free. If you are shipping outside the USA, there will be a freight estimator in your shopping cart before you checkout.


Do your window blinds have warranty?

  • Yes, we stand behind our products and they all carry a limited lifetime warranty. What this means is that if your blinds stop working due to normal wear and tear we will replace them. However, our warranty does not support blinds damaged by external forces. This include pets, weather and general mis-use of the product.

Do you have free samples?

  • Yes, we have free samples of all our products and they can be ordered from each individual product page or by going here.

How big are your samples?

  • Our samples are about 5"x5" which is large enough for you to determine and pattern and color of the product.

Will I receive any type of order confirmation?

  • Yes, right after you place your order, you will receive an order number as well as an email with all the details about your order. Please review this email and if you do not receive the email, call us so we can make sure to resend it.

Is it hard to measure or install blinds myself?

  • Measuring & Installing window blinds is a lot easier than it seems. If you can read fractions, you will be able to place your order. And if you can drill two holes on the wall, you will be able to install the blinds easily. For more on how to measure and install, click here.

Do you charge taxes?

  • If you are shipping the window treatments outside of the state of Florida, you will pay NO TAXES. However, if you are shipping to Florida, we are required to charge the state tax.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or Internationally?

  • Yes, we ship worldwide! You will get a shipping quote once you enter your items in the shopping cart. If you have your own shipping account, just contact us and we will be happy to use it for you!

Do you supply installing hardware?

  • All the installing hardware you require will be sent with your order. The only thing we do not send are screws. The reason is that every wall is made from different materials(concrete,wood,metal,etc) so you will need to purchase the correct screws for your wall so they won't be damaged.

Do you have a catalog or brochure?

  • Unfortunately, we do not have a catalog, however, we provide free samples and all the info & pictures of our blinds are online for your viewing pleasure.

How much window depth do I need for Inside Mount?

  • Each product requires different mounting depth for inside mount. It is usually 3/4"-2" for fully recessed appearance. Check each product page for more details.

Can I change my order after I place it?

  • You have 24 hours from the time you placed your order to make any changes, this includes sizes, color,etc. After that grace period we won't be able to make any changes.

Do you have a wholesale discount?

  • Yes, we offer discounts to other retailers, interior designers or contractors. If you have a large project or need wholesale prices, just give us a call.
