This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by ThePrimeblinds.com. ThePrimeblinds.com reserves the right to refuse service and/or cancel orders at our discretion including, without limitation, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of ThePrimeblinds.com.
All products purchased from ThePrimeblinds.com are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. Every blind or shade is inspected before being packaged and shipped out. This warranty extends only to you as the original purchaser, in a residential application. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage or loss caused by abuse or misuse or improper installation. All materials can lose original intensity after long exposure to the sun. When left for extended periods in direct sunlight, plastics tend to crack. All cords will eventually wear out. We consider these things normal wear and tear not covered by this warranty. For most products the warranty coverage will be for as long as you the original buyer at retail owns the product/s. Please see individual product specifications for exact warranty information. If your product is defective during the warranty period we will, at our option, either repair or replace, without charge, that defective product. This shall be your only remedy under this warranty. Should you encounter problems with your product/s, call us immediately and we will instruct you on how to return your product/s. You will be responsible for shipping of the product/s. This warranty gives you the specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
All of our blinds and shades are custom made to your exact specifications and we guarantee they will fit your window perfectly if you follow our measuring instructions. For inside mount blinds or shades, the factory will make the appropriate deductions. If we make a mistake when manufacturing your blinds or shades we will replace them or fix them at no cost to you. However, if you make a mistake measuring or entering your measurements into our website we will remake them for you at a discounted price. For this reason, measuring your windows is a very important step. We strongly suggest that you follow these instructions carefully and you double check the measurements you enter. If you are not confident that you can measure correctly, we recommend that you hire a professional to do it for you.
Please be sure to order samples before placing your order if an exact color match is needed. Computer monitors naturally have limitations and vary with the lighting conditions. For this reason, we cannot honor our satisfaction guarantee on colors for those who did not previously order color samples. Due to the variances in the wood's natural color, grain, etc. each lot will vary for any of the stained wood products. These variances are minimal, but there is no way to assure the exact color of stained wood blinds. Samples must be ordered within a 90-day time frame prior to purchase.
ThePrimeblinds.com is proud to inform you that we offer truly FREE shipping. If you’ve done some shopping on other sites, you may have noticed that they charge an “oversized” shipping fee on blinds that are larger than 90 inches. We do not believe we should conform to the industry standard and charge our loyal customers an additional fee. Free shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 states.
It is YOUR responsibility to contact ThePrimeblinds.com 5 business days within delivery of your order if it is damaged in transit. We will then file a claim with the carrier and contact you with further information. Most claims are resolved in 3-30 business days. It is necessary to keep all original packaging and materials. We will then at our discretion, either issue a partial credit or replace the damaged blinds with new ones.
Since your blinds are custom made to fit your windows, we do not accept returns. This applies to every order unless the order is damaged in transit or made with the wrong color or size. If the order is damaged in transit, refer to the Damaged Shipments section above.
ORDER PROCESSING FEE
ThePrimeblinds.com is breaking another industry standard by NOT charging a processing fee.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We will do everything we can to make any necessary changes to your order within the appropriate time frame. Since we are the manufacturers, we allow changes to your order within the first 24 hours for no additional fees. Some items instantly go into production and may incur a fee to change. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES AFTER 24 HOURS. Orders may be cancelled within the first 24 hours for a minimum 10% transaction fee. All cancellations must be done in writing on our contact us page.
ORDERS OVER THE PHONE
All customers who place orders over the phone are responsible to verify their orders on the order confirmation that is emailed to them after checkout. Customers that fail to do so will void the satisfaction guarantee. This is to ensure no mistakes are made. We strongly suggest that you review your email confirmation after every order. If you do not receive an email confirmation for any reason such as an incorrectly entered email address, it is YOUR responsibility to contact ThePrimeblinds.com in order to obtain the order confirmation.
Production time varies with each product. The factory will start manufacturing your blinds once the 24 hour processing time has expired. Once fabrication begins, it will be about 3 business days for most small orders (1-10 blinds) before they are ready to ship. If you need your blinds in a hurry, please call or email us and we will be glad to work with you.
Coupon codes are subject to time limitations and only 1 coupon code may be used per order. Coupon codes cannot be combined.
ThePrimeblinds.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We use the safe and reliable service from Authorize.net to charge your credit card. We also accept Paypal for your convenience.
ThePrimeBlinds.com reserves the right to collect browsing information of all our visitors while on our website. By placing an order or sample request and giving us your email you are allowing us to contact you with promotional emails. Your information is safe and will be never be sold. We will also track user behavior on our site in order to provide better experiences for our visitors.
We will use remarketing to advertise online to past visitors of our site & it will only be about window blinds and shades. Remarketing allows companies to track user behavior and show them ads throughout the internet. Third-party vendors, including Google, show you ads on sites across the Internet which is up to the site you are on. Your cookies and stored and then used to better serve you.
